For customers outside of these areas we are able to offer either
• Courier Delivery
For smaller Flatpack items we use the leading couriers such as UPS, TNT and DHL. We have found this to be the most economical method with prices starting from just £8.50 depending on size and weight of item.

• Palletised Delivery
For larger and pre-assembled items they are delivered on a pallet, the cost of this is dependant on Postcode and size of order but starts from just £24.99.

Faulty or Damaged Items:
If there is a problem with any of the goods, please contact us. We will handle the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
Cancelling an Order/Exchanges/Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your goods you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of delivery. To do this, please contact us. You do not have to give us a reason for cancellation; however, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you cancel an order, require an exchange or refund you must return the goods to us at your own expense. Although, please feel free to contact us at any time when considering returning any product for whatever reason and we will endeavour to accommodate you to the best of our availability. You must ensure that the goods are packaged sufficiently to protect against damage. We highly recommend that you obtain proof of posting or use a recorded/insured service for returning any items as we regret we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
We will refund the total value of the goods (not postage) on satisfactory receipt of the goods, which must be received unused and in good condition, and refund you using the payment method you used at the time of purchase, within 30 days of receiving your notice to cancel.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.
