When you have finished adding all your items to your shopping cart, simply click 'checkout' where you will be asked for some basic information before going through to the online payment process. You can pay via Paypal, GooglePay or with a credit/debit card.
The majority of items are in stock and available for delivery within a week but certain items will have a longer lead time. If this is the case and delivery will be out of our normal timescales, we will not 'capture' payment until we have contacted you to discuss estimated delivery times and you are happy for us to process the order and take payment. In this scenario you can opt to pay a smaller deposit if required with the balance being payable just prior to delivery.
On ordering you can can either pay 'up front' or pay a 20% deposit with the balance taken before delivery.
For nationwide deliveries not completed by our own delivery team (ie nationwide courier & pallet delivery) all goods and delivery charges must be paid for prior to delivery.
Our local customers are able to complete payment on delivery via credit/debit card, Building society cheque/bankers draft or cash payable to our driver.
Returns, Refunds and Your Right to Cancel
When purchased through our website, if you are not entirely satisfied with your goods you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. To do this, please contact us. You do not have to give us a reason for cancellation; however, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. Products must be kept in the same condition as when purchased and in the same packaging in which they were delivered, see below for further details. N.B. For hygiene reasons mattresses are not covered by our returns policy. In order to return a product please contact us in writing or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 3 days after delivery.
You will then be entitled to an exchange or a refund from us which will be paid within twenty one (21) days of the items being collected.
Items requiring assembly must not be assembled in any way or will not be accepted back. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if any item is deemed to be non re-sellable.
If you do decide to cancel your order within 14 days from delivery the only liability you have is a minimum return charge of £50 per order. For multiple items please contact us for a quote to return as the couriers will charge more for multiple items.
Therefore in the event of you returning your goods you will receive a full refund minus a minimum of £50 which is the cost to come and collect your goods. UK Mainland Only. If you wish to exchange your order for another item there will also be a minimum charge of £50.
A refund will only be made after the furniture has been collected by our delivery company and will be processed within 14 days from the date of collection.
Items will be checked to make sure they are in the same condition as when delivered to you and any damages will be deducted from any refund due.
After the 14 day return period has elapsed we will not accept returns on any items unless faulty under guarantee within 12 months of purchase which we then have the right to inspect, repair or exchange at our discretion.
If the wrong finish, colour or style has been chosen by you the customer, it is your responsibility to return the item at your expense. The goods must be received back in resellable condition or we have the right to refuse the return.
We cannot be held be responsible for customers trying to match up to existing furniture.
Refunds - Damaged/Faulty items
If we deliver incorrect or damaged goods, or in the event that you discover any defect in the goods for which you require an exchange or refund, you must report the defect within 3 days of the date you receive them, or as soon as possible thereafter by emailing us.
Any defects or damages must be reported to us within 3 days and we must be emailed images/photos of the damage/fault within the 3 working days and before any return, repair, refund or replacement is carried out.
As per the Sale of Goods Act; if an item is found to be damaged on receipt of delivery but only considered as a minor fault or damage by us, we may insist on the item being repaired first by our specialist repair company or exchange the damaged area of furniture. (i.e. drawer, shelf, etc).
However, if you are not 100% happy with the repair work undertaken, you are still entitled to a full refund or an exchange.
Please keep the products purchased in the same condition that they were received and retain the original packaging in the condition it was provided. We reserve the right to refuse return of items should the original packaging not be available to allow the safe return via our carriers. If we receive the goods back with us and they are damaged due to them not being repackaged sufficiently in their original packaging we will charge you for the reduction in value. Should it be deemed impractical to offer a replacement, redelivery or re-selection of any damaged or faulty items we reserve the right to offer an allowance against a repair, or alternatively a refund for your purchase.
We will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from repairs attempted by you or third parties.
We will not accept any returns (including damaged items) on self-assembly items which have been assembled - please fully check your item prior to assembly
Mattresses are currently not covered by our returns policy. We will repair or replace faulty goods however, for hygiene reasons we cannot offer returns for any other reasons
Pine & Oak Warehouse will not be liable for any damage or loss caused by the 3rd party carriers within your property.
It is your responsibility to cover any carpets or flooring which may get marked as a result of the delivery.
If we find the item not to be damaged or faulty as described, a deduction of £50 will be taken from any refund given in order to cover the cost of the collection.
